NeighborWorks Lincoln purchased the former Antelope Grocery at 2406 J Street in September 2025. This mixed-use historic site was built in 1922 in the Tudor Revival style and has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1988. 

There are six (6) residential units and three (3) commercial units. The property is held in the Prairie Roots Community Land Trust to ensure permanent affordability.
