With over six years as a public educator and earning her M.Ed from the University of Virginia, Maggie followed her passion and began her career as an entrepreneur in medical esthetics. As the owner and one of the operators of Rejuvalase MedSpa, she soon realized finding skilled laser technicians, estheticians, and injectors was difficult. This challenge, combined with her love of teaching and industry prowess, birthed NoVa Laser & Esthetics Training. Since opening its doors in 2007, thousands of graduates have gone on to build successful careers working in spas, medical spas, medical practices, and some, opening up businesses of their own.

I’m Miss Ivana, a Licensed Aesthetic Instructor since 2021 and working in the industry for 7 years. Before teaching esthetics, I was the Wax Specialist Trainer for European Wax Center, gained technical skills from Amazing Lash Studio, European Wax Center, and as a business owner. 

I attended and graduated from the NoVa Esthetics Training Fundamental Esthetics course in 2017. I completed NVLET’s Advanced Esthetics program in 2024. I also have experience teaching Special Education. As well as a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Accounting. Both of these experiences. have helped me be the best instructor by ensuring my lessons and assignments are inclusive. While my accounting background has helped me improve courses by being extremely thorough and organized.

I’m Miss Angel and I’ve been a Licensed Esthetic Instructor since 2021. I’ve been working in the industry for 10 years. Prior to teaching esthetics at NoVa, I gained valuable skills and experience as the Master Esthetician and Laser Technician at Rejuvalase Med Spa. I cultivated my skills and experience further by attending continuing education trainings and taking additional certification classes to ensure I give my students the most current information in an ever changing industry. I promise to give all my students the best schooling experience by ensuring they are knowledgeable , as well as confident in themselves and their abilities to give all their clients the best services possible. I believe in connecting with people and developing strong relationships . I will always be here to guide students with continued advice and support while they navigate their new career as an esthetician.
