Our one-on-one mentoring pairs you with a dedicated business mentor aligned with your unique goals and industry. Your mentor will help you tackle your biggest challenges with advice you can put into action right away.
Strategic Goal Setting
From day one, you and your mentor will define clear and measurable goals tailored to your growth areas.
Regular Mentoring Sessions
Stay focused and build momentum through regular strategy sessions (virtual, in-person, or a mix).

NVBDC Program Managers provide ongoing support to help you stay engaged and get the most from your experience.

August 15: Application Deadline.
October 1: Mentor-Mentee Pairs Announced.
November: Program Kick-off and Orientation.
December – October: Mentor-Mentee Meetings (at minimum bi-monthly).
March, June: Mid-Program Cohort Check-ins.
End of October: Program Graduation.

Is This Program for You? The Supplier Mentoring Program is designed for growth-focused business owners who are ready to take action and fully engage in a strategic mentoring relationship.
To qualify, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Be NVBDC Certified and maintain certification for the duration of the program.
Be the owner or majority shareholder (participation cannot be delegated).
Have been in business for at least three (3) years.
Have at least $300,000 in annual revenue (exceptions may be considered).
Be committed to growth and open to strategic guidance.
To be considered for the program, please complete the online application form. You’ll need to provide the following key information:
Business Details: Contact information, years in business, employee count, and revenue for the past three (3) years.
Business Focus: Top 5 capabilities, unique value, and your full capabilities statement.
Your Fit: Top three (3) goals for the mentorship and why your business should be selected. Before submitting, you must confirm eligibility, program understanding, and your commitment to active participation.
