I would like to welcome all the participants to our 11th Annual Nursing Science Conference. This
is a rather unique conference because it provides opportunities to learn about the work of
fellow nurses in both an in-person and an online format. It also provides nurses with a lot of
CEU credits for relicensure, while learning about the new knowledge our colleagues are
generating around the world. We also provide a lot of nurses the opportunity to share work that
is near to their heart with their nursing colleagues in the U.S. and around the world. And of
course we provide an opportunity to meet other nurses, make new friends, and expand your
professional network. We hope you take advantage of the many resources provided; the
presentations, the posters, the networking, and the international flair that makes so much of
this conference new and exciting. And let me know if there is anything we can do to make this
conference a better experience for you, now and in the future.
