Porting.com LLC d/b/a NumHub (“NumHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the Personal Information we collect and process through our Website, Services, communications, and related business activities.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information from Customers, prospective customers, Website visitors, users of our Services, and individuals who interact with us, including through Website forms, product inquiries, demo requests, downloadable resources, customer accounts, support communications, and marketing activities.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not sell Personal Information for money. We may disclose or make available information to Service Providers, Business Partners, analytics providers, advertising providers, and other third parties as described in this Privacy Policy and where permitted by applicable law. Where required by law, we provide privacy choices, including choices related to certain analytics, advertising, Targeted Advertising, or the sale or sharing of Personal Information, as those terms are defined under applicable law.
Your use of our Website, products, and Services may also be governed by our SaaS Agreement, master services agreement, order form, customer agreement, service agreement, or other written agreement with NumHub, as applicable. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and a separate written agreement between you and NumHub, the terms of that separate written agreement will control the extent of the conflict.
1. Definitions
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
“NumHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Porting.com LLC d/b/a NumHub.
“You” or “your” means any individual who visits our Website, submits information through our Website, communicates with us, uses our Products or Services, or interacts with us in a business, marketing, sales, support, or customer capacity.
“Customer” means an individual or entity that has purchased, subscribed to, or uses NumHub products or Services through a contractual agreement.
“Prospect” means an individual or entity that visits our Website, interacts with our marketing or advertising, submits a form, downloads a resource, requests information, attends an event or webinar, or otherwise communicates with us about NumHub products or Services before becoming a Customer.
“Website” means NumHub.com and any other website, landing page, or online property that links to this Privacy Policy.
“Services” means NumHub’s products, platforms, software, websites, communications, support, billing, and related services.
“SaaS Agreement” means NumHub’s software-as-a-service agreement, customer agreement, or similar written agreement governing access to or use of NumHub’s paid products, platforms, or Services, as applicable.
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an identified or identifiable individual or, where applicable, household. Personal Information may include business contact information, account information, online identifiers, device and usage information, payment or billing information, and information submitted through forms or communications. Personal Information does not include information that has been deidentified, aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise cannot reasonably be linked to an individual where applicable law excludes such information from the definition of personal information.
“Customer Information” means Personal Information, business information, service information, account information, communications data, payment or billing information, or other information provided to NumHub by or on behalf of a Customer, or accessed, collected, or processed by NumHub in connection with providing the Services.
“Prospect Information” means Personal Information, business information, form submission information, marketing interaction information, Website usage information, advertising interaction information, or other information collected from or about a Prospect.
“Service Providers” means vendors, contractors, platforms, and other third parties that process information on our behalf or help us operate our business, Website, marketing, analytics, advertising, billing, support, security, or Services.
“Business Partners” means third parties with whom we may work to offer, support, market, integrate, or deliver products, Services, or business opportunities.
“Cookies” means cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies that may collect or store information about your browser, device, Website activity, or interactions with our Website or communications.
“Analytics and Advertising Technologies” means Cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, conversion tracking tools, and similar technologies used to understand Website activity, measure campaign performance, support advertising, and attribute marketing interactions.

“Authorized Employees” means NumHub employees who have a need to know or otherwise access Customer Information to enable NumHub to provide the Services or perform its business, legal, security, support, billing, or contractual obligations.
“Authorized Persons” means Authorized Employees and NumHub contractors, agents, Service Providers, professional advisors, auditors, or other representatives who have a need to know or otherwise access Customer Information and are subject to confidentiality or data protection obligations.
“Security Breach” means any unauthorized access to, acquisition of, disclosure, use, loss, alteration, or destruction of Customer Information that materially compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of such information.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the categories of Personal Information described below. The information we collect depends on how you interact with NumHub, including whether you visit our Website, submit a form, request information, download a resource, communicate with us, become a Customer, use our Services, or otherwise engage with us.

- Form, inquiry, and marketing information. We may collect information you submit through Website forms, demo requests, downloadable resource forms, product inquiries, event registrations, surveys, or other marketing and sales interactions. Payment information may be processed by NumHub or by third-party payment service providers acting on our behalf.

This may include the content of your communication, contact details, call or meeting details, support tickets, and related records.
- Website, device, and usage information. We may use Personal Information for the purposes described below:
- To provide and operate the Services. We use information to provide, maintain, administer, support, monitor, and improve the Services, including account management, product functionality, service configuration, customer support, and related business operations.
- To respond to requests and communicate with you. We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, schedule demos, answer questions, provide customer support, send administrative communications, and communicate about your account or use of the Services.

We may continue to send non-marketing communications, including transactional, administrative, billing, support, security, legal, or service-related communications.
Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of certain Targeted Advertising, sale or sharing of Personal Information, or other processing activities. 11. Information Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information and Customer Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication controls, physical security measures, network and application security, logging and monitoring, employee training, vendor management, data access restrictions, and other measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved.
We limit access to Customer Information to Authorized Employees and Authorized Persons who have a business need to access such information. Authorized Persons are expected to use information only as necessary to perform services for NumHub or on NumHub’s behalf and to protect information in accordance with applicable confidentiality or data protection obligations.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or from our Website or Services. 12. Customer Service Data and Communications Data
NumHub provides a variety of telecom related services, including but not limited to Telephone Number Management, Brand Management and Number Portability.
NumHub does not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of customer communications except as necessary to provide the Services, troubleshoot or support the Services, comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, protect the rights or safety of NumHub, Customers, users, or others, or as otherwise permitted by applicable agreement or law.
NumHub may use Customer Information to investigate, detect, prevent, or address potentially unlawful activity, fraud, security threats, abuse of Services, network threats, or activity that violates applicable agreements, policies, or laws.
Customer is responsible for the content, dialing, routing, transmission patterns, and use of the Services by Customer and its users, representatives, agents, and end users. NumHub may use legally available means to help prevent use of the Services for unlawful purposes, including unsolicited communications, abuse, fraud, harassment, or other improper use.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, NumHub is not acting as a business associate or subcontractor under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act or related healthcare privacy laws.
13. Legal Requests and Required Disclosures
We may preserve, access, use, or disclose information, including Personal Information and Customer Information, if we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, warrant, governmental request, or law enforcement request.
We may also preserve, access, use, or disclose information when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to detect, prevent, investigate, or address fraud, security threats, illegal activity, abuse of the Services, violations of agreements or policies, or threats to the rights, property, or safety of NumHub, Customers, users, or others.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, NumHub may notify the applicable Customer of legal requests involving Customer Information. However, NumHub may be prohibited from providing notice or may determine that notice is not appropriate based on legal requirements, security concerns, emergency circumstances, or the nature of the request.
14. Security Breach Procedures
If NumHub determines that Customer Information or Personal Information has been subject to a Security Breach, NumHub will investigate the Security Breach and take reasonable steps to identify its nature, scope, and root cause, mitigate potential harm, and help prevent recurrence.
NumHub will provide notices of Security Breaches as required by applicable law and, where applicable, by written agreement with the affected Customer. Security Breach notices may be provided by email, mail, telephone, or other legally permitted method.
As information becomes available, NumHub may provide affected Customers or individuals with information regarding the nature of the Security Breach, the categories of information involved, measures taken or planned in response, and other information required by applicable law or agreement.
NumHub may delay or modify notice where permitted or required by law, including where necessary to support law enforcement, determine the scope of the Security Breach, restore system integrity, or prevent further unauthorized activity.
15. Third-Party Websites, Links, and Embedded Content
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, services, social media platforms, embedded content, or third-party tools. These third-party websites and services are not operated or controlled by NumHub.
Third parties may collect information about you, use Cookies or similar technologies, track your interactions, or process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites or services.
