TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Policy
Payments can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer. Payment can only be accepted by Visa or Mastercard. All payments made must be in Euros (€).

For those who wish to pay by bank transfer
Payments are made payable ONLY to Conference Partners, the professional conference organiser acting on behalf of Nuffield Ireland. Payment must be received by Conference Partners within 7 days of receipt of your invoice. You are not considered registered until payment has been received.

When paying via bank transfer, please include your name and registration ID number in the reference field. You will receive your registration ID number on completion of your registration.

Partial Payments – By Bank Transfer ONLY
Partial payment is not available by credit card. Partial payment is only available for those paying by bank transfer. This applies to anyone attending the Full Triennial, Stage 1 or Stage 2. 

For those who wish to choose part payment by bank transfer, 50% of the total booking amount is due within 7 days of registration. The final payment is due to be paid no later than the 18th January 2026; you will receive the final balance invoice on the 9th January 2026. 

After 18th January 2026 partial payments will not be offered for new bookings, full payment must be received at the time of booking. 

Registration Cancellation Policy
If cancelled before 18th November 2025 – 100% of the total booking amount is refundable (you will only receive back what you have paid when you cancel). 

If cancelled from 19th November to 18th January 2026 – 50% of the total booking amount is refundable. If you have only paid 50%, no refund will be due. 

No refunds are payable from 19th January onwards. 

Please note: If you register and do not attend the Nuffield International Triennial 2026 you will be charged your total booking amount and will be required to settle any outstanding balances. 

Accommodation Changes
Accommodation upgrade changes will be accommodated where possible.

Changes, Substitutions and Cancellations of Registration
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Nuffield Delegate Services Team at nuffield2026@conferencepartners.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All applicable refunds will be made after the Nuffield International Triennial 2026.  Bank service charges will be deducted from all Triennial registration refunds.

Cancellation of the Nuffield International Triennial  2026
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Photography, Audio Recording and Video Recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording will be taking place at the Nuffield International Triennial 2026. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the Nuffield International Triennial, its sponsors/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials by emailing nuffield2026@conferencepartners.com.

Code of Conduct
This Nuffield International Triennial is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of delegates in any form. Inappropriate language and imagery are not acceptable to be included in presentations, workshops, networking forums and other online media. Nuffield International Triennial delegates violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the Nuffield International Triennial without a refund at the discretion of the organisers.

Data Consent
By registering for this Nuffield International Triennial, delegates agree to the collection of contact and demographic information. This includes any information unique to the delegate that is available on the individual’s profile. Organisers will share limited information (name, title, organisation and country only) in the official delegate list. By registering, delegates agree to the sharing of their contact information with other delegates for the purpose of participating in the question & answer, networking and meeting facilities available during the Nuffield International Triennial 2026 programme.  By registering for this Nuffield International Triennial, delegates consent to be recorded.
