Okay, I have to admit, reading about a pig's head at almost two in the morning is freaky as heck. I seriously have to get better time management.

English Honors:
  • Why, why do you have to drain away the weekend with a 20-plus page analysis on Lord of the Flies?
  • Do you realize that sleep becomes a privilege when you assign consecutive essays and group essays?
  • At least give the courtesy of reading the whole essay before kicking it back to me and telling me to redo it. Especially after I just spent the whole night on it.
  • Can you be any more of a time-managing Nazi? Cool idea of setting turnitin.com's deadline to 12:00 a.m. but, uh, great! Now I get to study physics at 12:00 a.m. after doing a crappy job on my essay that I have to rush!
  • But hey, credit is given for euphemisms. "Resub" is really a nice way of saying "Your essay is a complete piece of crap."

Eh, it's really too bad that I got sick. I've been having this sore throat since yesterday morning, I think. It would be so much better if nobody ever got sick. This kind of sucks since I still have to work on a project that's due tomorrow.

The survival guide is going alright I guess. I'm currently done with about three and a half sections maybe? Yeah. Still have to cover "Basic Survival" and "Food & Water." Oh, fun stuff.

English honors really drains away the weekend.

It's just a bit annoying when the teachers have these little tricks. It's kind of like going, "Hahaha! Gotcha!" Like today...surprise in-class essay for English. And guess what, 40 minutes for an essay that's supposed to be maybe two pages in length? How do people survive AP? And I thought Cordero said that she wouldn't give out any in-class prompts these couple of days...Bah!

Eh, but I guess everything else went pretty smoothly. I'm actually getting the material for physics labs and everything. It's all good. But shoot, I seriously have to get going on my survival guide project.

The CSF thing went pretty well too, I think. Hehe, even though I completely forgot about it until the last minute. I hope there won't be a mix-up this time.

I'm obscenely out of shape. Seriously, I think I gained maybe ten pounds after quitting cross country and track. Have to pick up running again!

New!
So, why this new journal you ask?

Well...because I felt like it. And I guess also I didn't like my old one too much, especially with the oddly depressing background. Yeah, forests are pretty depressing, especially the kind with all the shadows and such. And hence the new journal.

School has been, uh, okay so far. I think. Well, not really if you're considering my physics class. Yeah, once you factor in the physics, school is all downhill. Stinky physics...Even though I spent a lot of time studying yesterday, I was still kind of screwed on the test. Electric field vectors are killers!
