Experience the Power of Mesenchymal Stem Cells for Lasting Pain Relief
Mesenchymal stem cells, also called MSCs, are multipotent stromal cells found in umbilical cord tissue. These cells can develop into bone, cartilage, muscle, and fat cells and play an important role in tissue repair, immune response modulation, and the release of regenerative biological factors.
At Novo Regenerative, we use umbilical cord derived MSCs to provide stem cell injections focused on pain management and joint support for patients seeking a more natural alternative.

Advanced Mesenchymal Stem Cells for Regenerative Care
Our treatments utilize mesenchymal stem cells derived from umbilical cords donated by healthy women between the ages of 18 and 29. These carefully selected cells are known for their ability to support tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and promote the body’s natural healing response.
Mesenchymal stem cells are widely used in regenerative medicine because they can differentiate into bone, cartilage, muscle, and fat cells while also releasing important biological factors that aid in recovery and overall function.
At Novo Regenerative, these advanced cells are the foundation of our injection therapies for pain in the knee, shoulder, hip, wrist, ankle, and back, helping patients pursue a non-surgical path toward improved mobility and quality of life.
OUR PROCESS
A structured approach designed to support healing, recovery, and long-term results
Here’s what to expect when you begin treatment with Novo Regenerative:
1. Pre-Treatment Preparation
Use the DNA Vibe device to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and prepare the treatment area for stem cell therapy.
2. Stem Cell Treatment
Targeted mesenchymal stem cell injections are performed to support tissue repair and help reduce pain in the affected area.
3. Post-Treatment Guidance
Follow simple dos and don’ts for the first two weeks to protect your results and support early healing.
4. Follow-Up & Recovery
Complete 3 to 5 follow-up sessions with advanced therapies and at-home exercises to improve mobility and long-term outcomes.
CONDITIONS
Are joint pain or injuries holding you back?
Mesenchymal stem cells are a major focus in regenerative medicine because of their ability to support the body’s natural repair processes. These cells are used in treatment areas where pain, inflammation, or tissue damage may be affecting daily life.
Novo Regenerative offers mesenchymal stem cell injections for patients experiencing pain in the:

Knee

Shoulder

Hip

Wrist

Ankle

Back
Where Do Our Cells Come From?

The mesenchymal stem cells used at Novo Regenerative are derived from umbilical cords donated by healthy women between the ages of 18 and 29. These cells are carefully collected and handled in a controlled environment to ensure quality and consistency.
Mesenchymal stem cells are widely used in regenerative medicine due to their ability to support tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and promote the body’s natural healing processes.
We maintain strict standards in sourcing and handling to ensure patients receive high-quality cells as part of their treatment experience.
Frequently Asked Questions
We’re here to answer your questions every step of the way.
What is Regenerative Medicine?
A new medical field which seeks to replace tissues or organs that have been damaged by disease, trauma, or congenital issues and to restore them back to normal function
What are Mesenchymal Stem Cells or MSC’s?
MSC’s are Undifferentiated cells that have the remarkable potential to develop into many different cell types in the body during early life and growth. They can also serve as a repair system for the body and differentiate into a variety of cells such as bone, cartilage and muscle cells
What are the types of stem cells offered to patients?
MSC’s are the embryonic stem cells which NOVO Regenerative uses and come from donated female umbilical cords. There is also PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) which is extracted from the blood or bone marrow of the recipient patient.
Where do the donated umbilical cord cells come from?
They are obtained from healthy women who have agreed to donate the umbilical cord contents after the birth of their child. This donated material then goes through vigorous testing at FDA approved labs to ensure its purity and safety.
What conditions are typically treated by MSC’s injections?
The primary conditions treated are related to joint and soft tissue degenerative wear and tear related to trauma and or the aging process.
What is the Typical treatment protocol for these degenerative conditions?
Current management is a combination of Activity Modification, Immobilization, Physical Therapy, Steroidal Injections and eventual joint replacement or spinal surgeries.
How does PRP differ from MSC’s?
PRP is obtained from drawing blood or extracting bone marrow. Although less expensive than MSC’s, it tends to be painful as well as only offering temporary relief. As we age our own platelets become less effective, we need the more powerful new cells to push our body’s ability to heal and that is the promise of MSC stem cells.
How are MSC’s administered?
A topical freezing spray and numbing agent is applied to the injection site. Then the frozen cells are thawed and injected into the affected area or joint, (similar to a cortisone injection procedure.
Is there any follow-up care involved?
Yes, following the injection, instructions are given on what to do and what to avoid for the next two weeks. If the patient lives locally there are three to five follow up therapy sessions using a Robotic Multi Wave Locked System (MLS Laser). This helps to reduce inflammation and swelling and to promote healing and soft tissue repair. For patients who are not local, they will be provided with an LED Infrared Light Therapy Device to be used at home to achieve a similar result.
Is the follow-up care and therapy included in the initial cost?
Yes, all follow-up visits and therapy are included.
Do Mesenchymal Stem Cell injections provide permanent relief?
It is designed to offer long term relief and many patients who receive MSC injections are still symptom free and experiencing a higher quality of life years after their initial injection.
