Scott Jones, Chief Financial Officer at Novi Labs, brings over two decades of finance and operational leadership. He oversees finance, legal, HR, and M&A activities.
Before Novi, he served as CFO at Shift Paradigm and held senior finance roles at NewPoint Media Group, LeaseQ, and Noesis. Previously, at Sage Group plc, he spent 16 years as CFO and SVP, leading North American M&A.
Scott holds a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Orion Suydam serves as Vice President of Product at Novi Labs, where he leads portfolio strategy, product roadmap, and execution. Prior to joining Novi Labs, Orion held senior product leadership roles at multiple software organizations and began his career as a software engineer, grounding his strategic perspective in deep technical expertise.
He earned dual degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rutgers University and holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
