Our goal is to expand into new markets across Canada and beyond. Growth and profitability in all suitable markets is key to our long-term success.
We optimise growth through innovation and continuous improvement. We challenge the status quo and are committed to leading our industry.
Having a positive and respectful attitude goes a long way. It makes our company an enjoyable place to work and leads to growth opportunities.
We always do what we say we are going to do for our clients and for each other. We deliver exceptional service and hold ourselves accountable for results.
While we endeavor to be the best in our field through service excellence and quality of performance, we aim to treat our people just as highly. We believe that attitude and accountability weigh as much as education and experience. We have learned that a supportive work environment coupled with tenacity and hard work can lead to growth opportunities for our people and our business.

With team members across Canada, we have the tools and systems in place to ensure seamless remote work. In Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto, our teams come together on a monthly or quarterly basis to collaborate, cross-train, and strengthen relationships. These in-person gatherings foster teamwork, enhance professional development, and provide an opportunity to connect beyond the virtual workspace.
We are committed to giving back through frequent outreach activities that support charitable and community-based organizations. Over the years, we have contributed to a variety of initiatives, including Pink Shirt Day, sandwich-making for Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, the Calgary and Vancouver Food Banks, Grow Calgary Farm, A Loving Spoonful, the Canucks Kids Fund, and the Surrey Christmas Bureau’s Adopt-A-Family program. Through these efforts, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work.
Our employee-run Social Committee organizes a variety of fun activities throughout the year, both in-person and virtual, to foster connection and engagement among team members.
We support the growth and development of our permanent employees by encouraging them to advance their careers with Normac. Through our education allowance, team members can enroll in courses, pursue professional designations, or complete degree programs to enhance their skills and expertise.
We foster a culture of recognition where team members regularly celebrate each other’s contributions through Kudos. Each quarter, two winners are selected based on peer nominations for going above and beyond their job duties or consistently embodying our vision, mission, and core values. This initiative encourages appreciation, strengthens team connections, and reinforces the values that drive our success.
