  • No replacement key or working solution can be provided.

Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once the key has been delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The product key has already been used, redeemed, activated, or added to an account.
  • The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake.
  • The customer no longer needs the product after delivery.

  • A valid replacement key or working solution has already been provided.
  • The refund request is submitted after the allowed claim period.

3. Claim Period

Any refund request or issue must be reported within 14 days of the order completion date.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.

  • Any screenshots or error messages requested by our support team

  • Replacing the product key where appropriate

If the issue cannot be resolved and no replacement or working solution can be provided, a refund may be approved.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Costs

There are no return shipping costs because all products sold by NodeKeys are delivered digitally.

8. Digital Product Nature

By purchasing from NodeKeys, you acknowledge that the products sold are digital license keys and that delivery is completed electronically. Once a digital key has been successfully delivered, used, redeemed, or activated, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

NodeKeys reserves the right to refuse a refund request in cases involving:
