Burning Springs will send players to the upper west side of the playable area of the map and into Ohio for the very first time. Burning Springs is home to loads of new playable areas meant to invoke the feeling of exploring Fallout: New Vegas' sprawling deserts. Additionally, actor Walton Goggins is reprising his role as Ghoul, or Cooper Howard, in Fallout 76 to bring Bounty Hunts to the game. Just in time for Season 2 of Amazon's Fallout TV Series. 1 jaar, 2 maanden - The explosive popularity of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered has us once again debating which of Bethesda Game Studios’ role playing games is the best? Some have shown their age more than others, but they’re all genuinely unique in their own way, and bring something different to the table, so we put our heads together to pick a definitive clear cut champion. From the early days of Tamriel in The Elder Scrolls: Arena and its shockingly ambitious sequel, The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall, and through the modern installments we all know and love like Morrowind and Skyrim, to Bethesda’s more futuristic offerings, Fallout 3, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76, plus the most recent addition of Starfield. It sounds like we may very well see a Fallout 3 Remastered or Remake before The Elder Scrolls VI sees the light of day, and Fallout 5 is still a long long way off, so hopefully this list is as future proof as a radiation-resistant underground vault. No matter what, there’ll surely be plenty of debate over the top three. But hey, even though it wasn’t technically Bethesda, at least we gave New Vegas some love.

De Skyline Valley-uitbreiding breidt de kaart van Fallout 76 zuidwaarts uit naar de nieuwe Shenandoah-regio, waar spelers de oorzaak van een elektrische storm die boven hen cirkelt onderzoeken en het mysterie rond Vault 63 ontrafelen. Daar zullen ze de bewoners ontmoeten en een schokkend nieuw Ghoul-type ontdekken: The Lost. Fallout 76: Skyline Valley is vanaf 12 juni beschikbaar op Game Pass, Xbox Series X/S en Steam (PC) en is gratis voor alle Fallout 76-spelers.

2 jaar, 2 maanden - In today's Daily Fix: Fallout 4's much-anticipated next-gen (or rather, current-gen) update went live today, and though it was touted as a free upgrade, some users won't be able to download it without handing over some bottle caps. It seems like PlayStation 4 and 5 owners who downloaded the game when it was free via PS Plus can't download the update unless they pay for the game. Bethesda did mention that the upgrade was free to those who purchased the game, either physically or digitally, and technically PS Plus subscribers didn't outright pay for their copies. However, Game Pass subscribers aren't having the same issues, but that's likely because Microsoft owns Bethesda now, and Bethesda games are just included with Game Pass subscriptions. In other Fallout news, be wary of any Fallout: New Vegas advice on social media. Veteran players are having a little fun with newbies to the Wasteland by pointing them to spots in the world that new players just should not go to unless they're pretty high level. And finally, Stellar Blade's launch is almost upon us, and you can expect a New Game+ mode on day one. Update: 04/25 3:41pm ET: A Bethesda Softworks Community Manager posted on the official Bethesda Discord server that the company is still working to resolve the issue for PS Plus owners unable to access the free next-gen update.
