I attended Nigel's kinesiology practitioner course last year and really enjoyed it. Nigel is a wonderful, patient teacher with a wealth of knowledge not only on kinesiology, but also on health and nutrition. He presented the information in a clear, concise manner that was easy to understand and put into practice. I've learned so much from him and feel confident in my ability to apply the skills I've learned both personally and professionally . I would not hesitate to recommend Nigel as a teacher and a holistic practitioner.

Completed a one day Kinesiology Foundation Course. Nice small group setting. Nigel explains very well the mechanics and the practical side of Kinesiology in a confident, enthusiastic, experienced, and logical manner. Nigel is patient and kind with a human touch that so many courses lack these days. I would have liked some printouts of what we covered. Highly recommend this course and thank you for an enjoyable, educational and interesting day.

My leg was amputated 2 years ago and since the amputation I suffered chronic pain. I had 1 Kinesiology session with Nigel that provided great pain relief. I wanted to learn more about Kinesiology myself so I completed the Kinesiology practitioner course. Despite limited medical knowledge and no previous kinesiology training I found the course very easy to follow and apply. It is a great benefit to me in my daily life. I strongly recommend anyone that has an interest in Kinesiology to do this course.
