Meeting the Unique Needs of Your Child
Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, New Horizons Academy is a specialized, accredited, tuition-based non-profit private school serving students in grades K-12. Since 1974, we have supported children with learning differences, including, but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and related challenges.
We understand that every child learns differently. We provide a personalized educational experience designed to meet each child where they are, academically, socially, and emotionally. With small class sizes and individualized instruction, students learn at their own pace in a structured, supportive environment.
At New Horizons Academy, we proudly offer a true Judgement-Free Zone. It is a place where students feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow both inside and outside the classroom.
Lower School (K–5)
In our Lower School, students build strong academic foundations while developing confidence and positive learning habits. We nurture curiosity and celebrate progress every step of the way.
Middle School (6–8)
As students grow, we focus on strengthening academic skills, social confidence, and independence. We guide students in developing organization, self-advocacy, and resilience.
Upper School (9–12)
Our Upper School prepares students for life beyond graduation. Whether pursuing college, vocational training, or entering the workforce, we help students develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed for the next chapter.
