Natural Allulose Sweetener

HaloSweet® Allulose is a natural D-allulose (rare sugar) sweetener delivering 70% the sweetness of sucrose at only 0.4 kcal per gram. Per FDA ruling, allulose is not counted towards Total Sugars or Added Sugars on the Nutrition Facts label, making it an ideal sugar reduction sweetener for clean-label formulations.

With D-allulose purity of ≥ 95% (syrup) and ≥ 98.5% (crystalline powder) on a dry basis, HaloSweet® offers similar functional characteristics to sucrose and corn syrup and can be applied across a wide range of food and beverage products. It browns and caramelises similarly to sucrose, making it particularly suited to baked goods, and is stable at high temperatures, fully soluble and non-cariogenic.

HaloSweet® Allulose is widely used in baked goods, beverages, confections, cereals, ice cream and snack foods. Available as a syrup or a crystalline powder, it is non-GMO, gluten-free, allergen-free and vegan, with BRCGS, Halal and Kosher certification, and is declared simply as Allulose or D-Allulose.
