Keeping all of my listing across the internet updated in just a few clicks from the dashboard has been so simple. The chatbot has been huge for customer conversations.

Don’t hesitate! It’s well worth the monthly investment. I was actually looking for a replacement for our Yellow Pages ad, which we had been running since the late ‘80s, when I first encountered NextPaw. The rest was history and I’ve loved working with them ever since.
I received a phone call just after we opened on a Monday. The caller said they had seen online that we carried a product they were interested in. At first I was confused because our old website didn’t have that product listed but then I realized that our new NextPaw site was live and I have had new customer finding me regularly online ever since.

I only wish I had found NextPaw sooner! Our website was challenging to navigate, especially with 8 locations to manage. It was difficult to find a platform that effectively served each location's needs while integrating both informational content and our e-commerce site. I struggled to keep up with events, blog posts, and the constant updates required.
When we spoke with Gabe and reviewed a sample of a Nextpaw site, I was impressed. The ability for customers to message our store directly, the ease of preparing and sharing blog posts, and the potential to increase our reviews sealed the deal for me.

It’s a no brainer. The vast amount of features and ability to integrate with manufacturers is huge! I actually have 2 businesses, a treat manufacturing company and a local retail store. At my store, when COVID-19 hit, we had no online ecommerce platform. NextPaw had 90% of our in-store inventory online and available within 3 business days. It allowed us to continue operations during the state mandated shut downs. Even though we were identified as a critical business, we opted to run all sales via our online stores with pickup services only. At my treat-company, we had no online store locator and we did not have the manpower or expertise to create one. Our goal is to encourage every customer to shop locally and support independent retailers, so this has been a great tool to help facilitate local sales.
Immediately during the first demo meeting. All the SEO, publication, and distribution features made it readily apparent that NextPaw offered a much broader range of services than our old website hosting platform.

I would absolutely recommend it. There is nothing else like it! It’s specific to pet and every new update brings more visibility and features to keep our customers shopping in our independent stores. I was running a new business and had been taken advantage of by a previous web designer who took my money and never built a useful website. I met Brandon and Gabe from NextPaw in 2018 and - will admit - that I was hesitant at first because it sounded too good to be true. But I was impressed and after joining was able to see that they were genuine and followed through on their promises.

You will love it! I only have good things to say. Blogs, promos, updating hours of operation across the internet, it is the complete package and you don’t have to use multiple platforms. Before I started with NextPaw I had a generic website and had a problem with SEO. Now, my website is very user friendly and intuitive. I love the ability to text with customers, grow online reviews, post promotions, and especially updating my hours of operation across the web has been a huge benefit and time saver.
Being in a pet group and watching a tutorial of what we were able to offer our customer thanks to NextPaw… My OMG moment was having the ability to have a video on my home page plus the behind the scenes of online reviews, my universal inbox, and I could go on but I will cut it off…
