The challenge

Our clients wanted a detached annexe but with a modern twist.

Annexes don't have to be boring. This double garage with annexe above is just one example of what can be achieved with some clever architectural planning and out-of-the-box thinking. Built using insulated concrete formwork and incorporating rustic interior and exterior features, this build fits in beautifully with its surroundings and oozes style and sophistication. The elevated position allows the occupants to revel in the breathtaking views of the fields on the horizon, making them feel at one with mother nature while being able to enjoy the luxurious and contemporary accommodation inside.
