NewSoft OA is an app that integrates with Lixin International's EIP and OA systems. It offers mobile-friendly solutions for InterGate's electronic signature and approval system, FusionAT's attendance system, AgentPlus's project management system, LeaderView's document management system, and SquareAuto's performance and customer management system.
It provides a built-in push notification service similar to Line's Push notifications on smartphones. When reporting work, users can upload photos directly with their phone and select files from their phone as attachments. Attached files can also be opened and read directly (requires mobile phone software). Its powerful functionality, simple interface, and user-friendly operation significantly improve office efficiency.
