With her unique “gift of perception” and specific skills of assessment, developed over many years of practice and observation, Tatiana is able to help people to see and relate to their pain, health, circumstances and life in a different way. With Breathing-Integration Exercises, Tatiana will lead the group to connect us to our bodies (through gentle touch, awareness, movement, and breath) and parts of ourselves that we’ve been disconnected from; we integrate those parts and unresolved emotions that have contributed to tension, pain, and feeling “stuck.” resulting in a deeper and more peaceful connection with ourselves and our environment.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping, is one of the simplest, most effective strategies for shifting the body to a place of safety, healing, and connection where amazing physical, mental, and emotional changes happen. It involves little more than taking your own fingertips to specific points on your body, complementing the somatic experience with awareness, emotional attunement, and uncensored self-expression. Tapping is a superlative adjunct to any healing protocol, no matter the age, symptom, condition, or challenge. Come curious, with an open head, hands, and heart, and experience a whole new dimension of well-being under the leadership of our masterful and compassionate EFT facilitator, Stacy Claxton.

We will gather around for a relaxing evening send-off, accompanied by our musical guests, Red Pill Friends. Location at the Farm is TBD, based on weather, with the intent to have a fire, weather permitting. There is something quietly defiant about the way the Red Pill Friends make music. It is not rebellion for spectacle or noise, but the older kind—the kind that springs from conscience, from memory, from the sacred instinct toward truth. In their ongoing work, Mike Merenda, Jude Roberts, and Brendan Daniel aren’t simply making songs. They are offering a place—a refuge, a reckoning, a reminder that the search for meaning has not been extinguished by the noise of our times. Their music carries the quiet, steady pulse of those who refuse to give up on truth, or on one another.

As a therapeutic method, life philosophy, and profound ritual, New Family Constellations (NFC) illuminates unconscious ancestral dynamics, hidden loyalties, and entanglements from the past impacting our present experience and keeping us stuck in pain, conflict, and struggle, such that we may release and transform them. Together, we’ll gain a basic understanding of NFC and then create a healing field to explore our family dynamics and address deep-rooted issues. Through the exquisite language of the body, movement, sensation, energy, and emotion, we’ll allow reconciliation and harmony to emerge, infusing the whole system with peace, new possibilities, and appreciation for our lineage. We’ll expand this field to include the New Biology family, finding our place of belonging within the wider community, such that we can co-create a thriving ecosystem. Come prepared to actively participate and collaborate with life to transform ancestral suffering into surprising strength and a promising future for our community and humanity.
