New Eats New York is a mobile application that notifies users of newly opened restaurants in New York City.
This app uses the NYC restaurant inspection data to alert users of new restaurants for user-selected preferences, including neighborhoods, cuisines, and dining times. Once activated, New Eats NY will continue to notify the user of new restaurants at preferred meal times and days with an automatic push. The notification service will continue to run, and is easily modified or turned off with the app wizard.
