New Contexts is home to contemporary poetry and short prose, written in English but International in outlook. It is built on the back of eight New Contexts anthologies produced in paperback between 2021 and 2026. The content of some of these editions can be seen by clicking on the appropriate cover image below (greyed-out editions will be updated later).
Future editions of New Contexts will be produced as on-line collections on this site. Amongst other things this will allow writers to submit their work free of any submission fee.
New physical editions of New Contexts may be published as an annual summary, a ‘best of’ compilation from the on-line anthologies produced that year. Details on all eight New Contexts – and their authors – can be found on the Coverstory books website here.
