Participants may compete solo or in teams of up to 3 members

No prior hackathon experience required—beginner-friendly!
🛠 PROJECT AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
All submissions must be made via Devpost and include:

A project description explaining what your project does, how it works, and its relevance to the NeuroHack 2026 theme - please check out your starter kit for further details

A link to your code (Technical Only) and the Required Files as listed in your starter kit.

Optional: A 2–3 minute video demo introducing your team and walking through your project

Submissions are due by March 29th at 12:00 PM CST. Late entries will not be accepted

All work must be completed during the event window
🏆 JUDGING CRITERIA AND WINNER SELECTION:
Projects will be evaluated based on:

Innovation & Creativity – Is the idea original and thoughtfully implemented?

Relevance to Cognitive Wellness – How well does the project address the theme?

Technical Execution – Is the solution functional and technically sound?

User Experience & Design – Is it intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly?

Presentation – Is the team’s explanation clear and compelling?
Judges will score entries independently and discuss finalists during deliberation. Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on March 29th at 5:00 PM CST.
