If Presentation crashed while you were using it, please send us the following information so we may research why it happened.

If your problem is regarding a Presentation activation, please use the Activation Recovery Request form instead.

1) .mdmp file - When Presentation crashes, it frequently stores a .mdmp file to "My Documents" on your computer. If Presentation notified you of such a file being created, email this file to nbsweb[at]neurobs[dot]com.

2) Diagnostic file - Go to the DirectX Diagnostic Instruction Page, follow the directions, and email the resulting file to nbsweb[at]neurobs[dot]com.

3) Dump File - If Presentation hangs but you can still access the desktop, create a Dump File.

4) Error Report Form - Fill out the form below and click on the "Send" button.

What version of Presentation are you using?
 
Does this problem result in the following? Check all that apply.
 System reboots.
 The system hangs with Presentation controlling the screen and you need to restart the computer.
 You receive an error dialog, after which Window shuts down Presentation.
 Presentation informs you that it has produced a crash report file.
 You get an uninformative error message that seems to be from Windows (e.g. "access violation") after which Presentation does not function correctly.
 A scenario aborts with a Presentation-generated error message, but Presentation still functions normally.
 The scenario "hangs" or behaves unexpectedly, but you can still quit the scenario using the escape key.
