1.8 Limitation of Liability

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled as follows:

Full Refund (within 7 days of purchase):

You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
You have not downloaded any course materials
You have not received a certificate of completion

Partial Refund (within 14 days of purchase):

You have accessed between 20-50% of the course content
A 50% refund may be issued at our discretion

No Refund:

More than 14 days have passed since purchase
You have accessed more than 50% of the course content
You have downloaded course materials
You have received a certificate of completion
The course was purchased at a promotional/discounted price (unless otherwise stated)

4.2 Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refund for the current billing period
Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days if
less than 25% of content has been accessed

4.3 How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

4.4 Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends
on your financial institution.
