The Netsmart Mobile Advisor(TM) app is designed for use by home health and hospice clinicians who use the Homecare Advisor and Hospice Advisor solution. The app can help streamline workflow, standardize clinical processes and improve coordination of care by providing clinicians access to the information they need when and where they need it through their mobile device. Quick access to patient chart information, the clinician’s schedule and clinical documentation helps improve productivity, increase efficiency and improve time management.
