Naomi Budden
Founder & Managing Director
Naomi has a Masters Degree in Journalism and a BA Joint Honours in Russian and Spanish from the University of Bristol.
Prior to setting up Nest Property in 2012, Naomi was part of the Residential Property team at Colliers International, Hong Kong. As the daughter of a British Diplomat, Naomi moved around the world frequently and grew accustomed to setting up home in exotic and far-away places. It was during this time that she got a buzz for properties — and unbeknown to her — became an expert in spotting the hidden potential and beauty in ‘bricks and mortar'. Naomi has a keen eye for detail, a love of architecture & interior design and is a relentless researcher. Put together, she is a ferocious property maven.

William Budden
COO & CTO
Born and raised in Hong Kong, William knows the intricacies and ins and outs of Hong Kong better than most.
With a degree in Graphic Design from Surrey University and 12 years’ experience running his own creative media agency, William has provided creative and digital solutions for the likes of JLL, Colliers International, Knight Frank, Brookfields and over 100 other brands and start-ups in the Asia-Pacific region. His business administration capabilities and knowledge of branding, digital optimization, technology implementation and system processes together with his strategic vision have been the cornerstone of the Nest Property business.
William strives to keep Nest Property armed with the best software, productivity systems and tools to not only succeed but also make best use of time management.
William enjoys meeting new people and has an extensive business and social network, never failing to connect people with shared interests and help out.

Will Robertson
Executive Director
Originally from the UK, Will holds a combined honors degree in Law and Business Management from Liverpool University, making him a great asset when it comes to matters of property law and drafting property agreements. He has a keen eye for details, a thorough knowledge of the Hong Kong property market and strong relationships with both individual and corporate landlords alike.
A seasoned professional, Will is well-placed to understand the specific needs of clients new to Hong Kong and helps make the relocation transition as smooth as possible.
Will enjoys the challenges of complex property acquisitions and negotiations and is one of the best mediators in the industry.

Lewis Chan
Associate Director
Lewis, born in Canada then raised in Hong Kong since the age of two, has great insight from both Eastern and Western perspectives. His international outlook was further refined in the UK, where he obtained a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from CASS Business School.
Returning to Hong Kong in 2020, Lewis joined Nest Property, where he has been thriving for four years. He loves the city's vibrant energy, the proximity of urban conveniences to natural escapes, and its spontaneous social life.
Lewis's trilingual fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, coupled with his distinguished academic background in real estate, makes him an invaluable asset in Hong Kong's dynamic property market. A professional rugby player, Kyle has been a proud team member of the Hong Kong National 15’s team since 2015. A lover of the great outdoors with a passion for vintage cars, Kyle enjoys spending time training with his 15’s team on the field, exploring the wonderful country parks that Hong Kong has to offer with his beloved dogs, or perusing unique vintage car when he has the opportunity.
Born and raised in Hong Kong — Kyle is a true Hongkonger. He completed his education at King George V School, and is currently on his way to complete his university education at Hong Kong University. Andreia Addison

Andreia Addison brings a refreshing Portuguese perspective to Hong Kong's property market, having grown up in the vibrant coastal city of Porto, Portugal. After extensive work across Europe and adventurous travels through South America, she found her perfect landing spot in Asia six years ago when she moved to Hong Kong, embracing it as her new home base.

In her spare time, Andreia enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, barbecuing with family and friends on the beach, painting, and home improvement projects — preferably with a glass of wine. Since becoming a mother, she spends quality time with her family while planning future trips and researching DIY projects.

Sarah McDonnell
Senior Consultant
Sarah spent her childhood in England in the picturesque home counties of Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Seven years ago, she fell in love with Hong Kong during a holiday and decided to make the vibrant city her home. Sarah cherishes the outdoor lifestyle, warm weather, friendly people, and diverse culinary scene that Hong Kong offers, making her recent application for permanent residency an easy decision.
After obtaining a Mechanical Engineering degree from Oxford Brookes University, Sarah kickstarted her career with the Red Bull Formula 1 team in the UK, specialising in carbon fibre composites. Upon arriving in Hong Kong, she transitioned to the Oil and Gas industry while pursuing her passion for personal training. Three years ago, Sarah took the leap and opened her own personal training studio in Sheung Wan, which she continues to run alongside her work at Nest Property.
In her spare time, Sarah loves being active outdoors, running, hiking, and wakesurfing. As a Lane Eight Ambassador, she enjoys hosting fitness events and being involved in the community. A self-proclaimed foodie, she relishes discovering new dining spots around the city. Sharon Leece

Originally from the UK, Sharon has spent over two decades living in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing, immersed in the vibrant design and architecture scenes of these diverse and inspirational cities. Happy to call Hong Kong home, Sharon enjoys the city’s ever-evolving mix of business, creativity and commerce, and its blend of urbanity and nature.
With a degree in English and American Studies from Nottingham University, Sharon’s career began in publishing and marketing in London. She moved to Hong Kong to join ELLE Decoration magazine as Managing Editor before rising to Editor-in-Chief, spending her time sourcing and photographing the city’s most amazing homes. She relocated to Shanghai to launch ELLE Decoration’s China edition, followed by Conde Nast’s Architectural Digest China. Inspired by the innovative, can-do attitude there, she wrote three best-selling books on modern Chinese design.
Outside work, Sharon is an avid hiker who also enjoys HIIT, yoga and scuba diving (she’s a certified Dive Master). She has a keen eye for art and collects contemporary Chinese pieces as well as one-of-a-kind vintage homewares and jewellery. She also spends her free time managing (mostly virtually) her family’s award-winning modernist lakeside retreat in Canada, her ideal get-away-from-it-all.
Sharon’s personal experience relocating across three cities mean she knows first-hand the joys and the challenges in home hunting. She is passionate about finding living spaces that look as good as they feel. With her eye for quality design, extensive property sourcing know-how, strong communication skills and indepth Hong Kong knowledge, Sharon loves to introduce great properties to great people. Khristina Krasnopolskaia

Khristina Krasnopolskaia's journey began in the Russian town of Khabarovsk, where she completed high school before studying Japanese language in Japan. Her early career saw her as a teaching assistant in Tokyo and Shanghai after obtaining her TESOL certification.
Four years ago, driven to provide more meaningful property experiences, Khristina transitioned into Hong Kong real estate after living in Shanghai for nine years. Hong Kong's fresh air, friendly people, proximity to nature, and sunny climate appealed to her after struggles in Shanghai.

Originally from Finland, Hannu has called Hong Kong home since 2006. This seasoned sailor, who spent his early career in the Merchant Navy navigating tankers, found his anchor in the bustling port city when his maritime career brought him ashore. Hannu’s passion for Hong Kong stems from its unique blend of urban connectivity, history and natural beauty.
Hannu is a graduate from the University of Plymouth where he received his B.Sc. degree in Nautical Studies. In addition to his Merchant Navy training, he is also a qualified Yacht Master and holds an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School. Naaz is a Mumbai-born global citizen who has crafted a rich multicultural life through her international experiences. Growing up in India, she developed the warmth and vibrant perspective that continues to define her approach to life and work today. After spending 11 years in Singapore, Naaz has been calling Hong Kong 'home' for the past seven years.
What Naaz loves most about Hong Kong is its extraordinary topography and distinct seasons. She delights in the ability to run, hike, visit a beach, explore a fishing village, or enjoy the urban jungle — all within a 30-minute radius. After years in Mumbai and Singapore's constant humidity, she finds Hong Kong's seasonal variations refreshing. Beyond its natural beauty, Hong Kong is where love blossomed into marriage and family, with a social environment that has been welcoming and enriching.
Her educational journey reflects her diverse interests, from a Bachelor's in Commerce at the University of Mumbai, to studies in Travel Management and most recently, Interior Design at Hong Kong University. Professionally, Naaz started off as a flight attendant, before quickly becoming a team leader for many years in Singapore. After moving to Hong Kong, she has been busy launching her own home styling business, Naaz Shah Interiors, to help turn client's apartments into their dream living spaces.
Naaz is grateful for what life has had to offer and hence dedicates a lot of time to giving back to the community through various NGO's that she supports in Hong Kong. When his wife was appointed Principal of Island School, he leapt at the chance to relocate and begin a new chapter here. Born and raised in the relaxed seaside enclave of Sai Kung, Seren is a true Hong Kong local. After studying and working in the UK, she's back in the neighbourhood she knows best. Seren holds a BSc in Management and Marketing from the University of Warwick and spent her early career in public relations and recruitment. A research fanatic in her PR days, Seren also gained a deep appreciation for the trust, empathy and honest guidance required when supporting clients' major life decisions, such as career moves.
