    Do I need to install any software to start trading? +
    It depends on the platform:
    • – TradeLocker runs entirely in your browser — no installation required.

    What qualifies as a profitable trading day? +
    A losing day will not qualify as a profitable trading day. These metrics are assessed at the end of each trading day.
    Why wasn’t my Stop Loss executed at the set level? +
    Stop Loss execution can be affected by market conditions. During high volatility (e.g., market openings, major news events), price gaps may cause Stop Losses to be filled at the next available price. This is not a broker error but a result of liquidity shortages. To reduce risk:
    • Use guaranteed Stop Losses (if available).
    • Avoid trading during high-volatility events.
    Which instruments am I allowed to trade? +
    You can trade a wide range of instruments, including:
    • – Forex pairs (majors, minors, exotics)
