I promised a couple of friends I would show them my finished Christmas project. So here I am. *g*

For those of you who know nothing about this, let me explain what I did.

Basically I bought a stocking kit with coloured felts, sequins, beads, etc and following instructions, I had to cut the pieces, embroider, sequin and applique them on the stocking itself. It's not hard to do, but it requires a lot of patience.

The one I made this year is for Caterina, a 9 month old angel (or devil, if you listen to her parents *g*).

I must say buying a new, sharper, smaller knife helped a lot. *g*

This year Luigi picked a big pumpkin for himself and decided it deserved two scary faces. :)

At least this year he really helped and transfered one of his patterns onto the pumpkin with a poker. Yay! :)

Poor Mr Fry! *bg* I don't know how many times I've watched this. I think it's hilarious. :)

I carved pumpkins again! Wow, I'm becoming a pro. *g*

This year my nephew decided we should make a "scary one" for tough little guys like him, but also a "smiling one" for those impressionable people who get scared way too easily. (We won't mention how he went hiding behind the sofa scared shitless when a couple of kids dressed as ghosts knocked on his door asking for candies, okay? *g*)

I suppose it goes without saying that I'm not still off-line and that it's been months since I finished reading HP7...

Gosh, I'm such a lousy LJ-user. :P

But at least I'm happy, we're finally going back to solar time. Squeee! :)))

For the first time in my life, I woke up this morning and I found out I couldn't talk! I had no voice at all. *g*

It will probably grow old fast, but so far I think it's too funny. *g*

And it's already getting a bit better since I can now sort of make myself understood.
