EXPERIENCED heavy equipment operator with minimum 1 year of experience.
Knowledge of reading plans, checking grades, and using lasers with high attention to details and accuracy.
High organization and time management skills

Laborer

City of Alachua, Florida

Digging trenches, Compacting earth and backfilling holes.
Cleaning and Preparing construction sites.
Must be able to hold a minimum of 100 lbs.
Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.

Pipe Foreman

City of Alachua, Florida

EXPERIENCED underground utility pipe working foreman with minimum 3 years of experience.
Knowledge and ability to run a pipe crew installing sewer, storm, and water.
Experience in installing underground utilities such as watermain, gravity sewer, storm drain, underground fire line, etc.
Knowledge of reading plans, checking grades, and using lasers with high attention to details and accuracy.
Anticipate any materials, equipment, or labor needed.
High organization and time management skills
Must be a team player and leader and must be able to supervise his crew and bring the work to approved completion.
Experience to look ahead and anticipate any conflicts.

Pipe Layer
