Mirror Image is like a quiet moment of sadness and struggle and hope, and is just so satisfying. Avengers Mixtape makes me grin like a FOOL, it's so good, all the song choices so apt, everyone gets their moment and then they all get a part together, uuuuuugh. As opposed to Mirror Image, it's like a blaring horn of triumph and together they give me SO MANY AVENGERS FEELS.

They may be gifts for me, but don't be fooled, I know awesome when I see it. Run, don't walk!

I should really be studying, exam on Thursday and I haven't studied enough, but there's something about being home and trying to study on weekends, always so easy to just put it off just another hour, then another, just one more...

Add to that the fact that the procrastination ideas get so interesting. Should I start watching DS9, which I've never properly done? Should I play some Star Wars: The Old Republic since I've bought a two-month subscription? Should I catch up with various shows I'm behind on, all excellent: Elementary, Community, Psych? Or maybe I should post that new years vid meme that I've been meaning to?

Am I the only one that gets stuck in procrastinational limbo sometimes? Like I feel so bad about not studying that I can't quite bring myself to do the fun stuff I'd do instead, but I can't quite get to the point of studying, so I basically just kill time on facebook and tumblr.

I started out watching random clips of Amber from Dancing with the Stars, and then looking specifically for her dance every week, and then watching the entire episodes just to catch behind the scenes stuff. I found her so amazing to watch, watching her dance just makes me so happy, Derek and her have such amazing chemistry and they both seem like such lovely people. So: vid!

ETA (spoilers for the winner of DWTS): 23 Times Amber Riley Was The Fiercest Competitor In "Dancing With The Stars" History

I'm officially breaking up with tumblr. I got on for the first time in a week, checking the Almost Human tag and got MAAAAAASSIVELY spoiled for another show. Fuck that. It was hard to stay away at first, but I have time for so many other things now!

Like, rewatching SG-1 from the start. I'll admit to skimming through a lot of the first season (Emancipation...), but man, it's still so good, and the CGI is pretty solid, considering its age. I still love the characters so much and I can see why it was so easy to get fannish about it: such a huuuuuuuuuuge sandbox, with loads of unfinished storylines, and no fallout from a lot of traumatic episodes (that we thus had to fill in ourselves). Oh, SG-1. You had your problems, but you're still the shiniest of them all.

Have also started watching Almost Human, which is really impressing me. Three eps in and I'm so invested, which is worrying, as it IS a Fox show...
