Is Nectarblocks a subscription service?
Nectarblocks operates on a perpetual license model. This differs from a typical subscription model by entitling you to lifetime use of the entire feature set, even after your license expires.
However, to continue receiving updates—including new features, templates, bug fixes, and premium support—an active license is required. Annual renewal ensures uninterrupted access.
For those seeking a one-time payment option, we offer a Lifetime Tier, which includes lifetime access to updates and premium support without the need for annual renewals.
What happens if my license expires?
You’ll still be able to use the version of Nectarblocks you have—even after your license expires. However, you won’t have access to new features, templates, updates, or premium support until you renew.
Is there a free trial to test?
Yes! You can test out the full version of Nectarblocks in a sandbox area completely free by clicking here. Note: We delete test instances every two hours, so don’t build anything you don’t mind losing.
Can I transfer my license to a new domain?
Absolutely! You’re free to transfer your license key between domains in your account license management page.
Is Nectarblocks a plugin or a theme?
Nectarblocks is a plugin. We also include a theme that acts as the perfect counterpart to the plugin, ensuring you are covered for editing all areas of your website.
Can I use Nectarblocks with any theme?
Nectarblocks is compatible with most themes; however, for seamless compatibility and optimal performance, we recommend utilizing the included theme. It’s specifically optimized for the block collection, ensuring the best experience.
Can I get a refund if i’m not satisfied?
Yes. We currently have a no-questions-asked refund policy for 14 days after your purchase.
