Adam is the Founder and CEO of NCS Analytics, Inc, based in Denver, Colorado. Founded on his belief that data could be used to empower real-time decision-making, NCS has become the market leader in high-risk data analytics. NCS actively monitors over 18,000 cannabis businesses across the country for regulatory agencies and financial institutions. Adam and his team pair one of the most extensive data sets in the industry with patent-pending predictive and behavioral analytics to deliver unparalleled insight and risk mitigation.
Mark has a 20+ year career marrying technology and accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of California-Davis as well as a Masters in Accounting from the University of Colorado-Denver. He co-founded NCS with Adam Crabtree in 2015. Mark is a licensed Colorado CPA.
Paige is the engine behind NCS’s internal operations, leading everything from business processes and onboarding to HR, information security, procurement, and project management. More than an operations leader, she plays a key role in driving company strategy and championing NCS’s core values. Her career began in compliance and operations within retail and commercial financial institutions, where she gained firsthand experience managing the complexities of high-risk banking programs. Since joining NCS in 2016 as a project manager, Paige has become a go-to expert on all things internal, continually expanding her knowledge and strengthening the company from the inside out.
Leigh-Ann brings a dynamic background in marketing and account management, paired with a Media Studies degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. She has built her career on the belief that true success comes from listening first—understanding that every client has unique goals, challenges, and opportunities. With a people-first mindset and a passion for problem-solving, Leigh-Ann creates meaningful connections that drive long-term value. At NCS, she’s not just an industry expert—she’s the go-to guide for clients navigating the platform. Known for her engaging “101 Series” and hands-on training workshops, Leigh-Ann makes learning approachable, practical, and even fun. By blending expertise with empathy, she ensures every client feels supported, empowered, and equipped for success.
After studying at the Universita di Trieste, Monique became interested in international relations, advocacy, and interpersonal relations. Over the past 15 years, she has gained diverse experience in the corporate world, working for engineering firms, nonprofits, and banking for the last 8 years. As an NCS Relationship Manager, Monique applies problem-solving skills, an understanding of client needs, and the ability to adapt to each situation. Outside of NCS, she has taken on a role as a Doula and Reiki healer for her community. Due to her passion for holistic healing, she is naturally interested in studying more about herbal/natural remedies.
Brian has over 20 years of experience in software development, both as a full-stack developer and an engineering manager. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas. His work history includes positions in Fortune 100 companies, medium-sized businesses, and at small start-ups. He began his career with web development for all types of business applications, then developed a specialization in the e-commerce space, and ultimately transitioned into event-driven microservices within the healthcare industry. His favorite place is the intersection of business, technology, and people. In his spare time, Brian enjoys socializing, traveling, and a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking and kayaking.
Dani is a Certified Scrum Master and leads internal product development at NCS. Additionally, she provides operational support, including the creation of internal policies, SOC certification and staff onboarding. Dani began her career in finance and healthcare, where she has learned first-hand the importance of compliance and reliable data. Dani enjoys travelling, hiking in the mountains, photography, and antiques. She is also passionate about her dog and spending time with her family.
Priyanka completed her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and has worked in the IT industry for the past 6 years. Her passion for refining processes led her to pursue a career in Quality Assurance. Her technological skill set includes C++, Java, Python, and SQL. Priyanka’s experience in BDD testing using frameworks such as Selenium spans across different functional and non-functional testing levels, ensuring the security and efficiency of the software. Beyond work, she is very passionate about music, occasional horse riding, and creating home videos.
Michael is a member of NCS as a Data Analyst. He spends his time using his R, Python, and SQL skills to assist our analytics team. Outside of work, Michael has finished a master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Denver after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the University of Colorado Boulder. He spends his free time playing video games, watching sports, and attending concerts
Rohan is a Data Science enthusiast with a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has over 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, applying his Analytics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning skills to solve real-world problems. He is well-versed in Python, R, and SQL, and enjoys exploring new tools and techniques. Rohan is also an avid traveler and a sports fan. He loves playing soccer and basketball in his spare time.
Juan has always been interested in how things connect, so it made sense when he pursued a degree in computer engineering. While studying, he discovered web development and became enamored with its creative freedom and technical challenges. Since then, Juan has continued to hone his skills as a full-stack developer, specializing in executing some of the intricate data frameworks we use today. Juan is invariably enthusiastic about discovering and adapting to new transformations in the industry. As a result, he has become a highly skilled and sought-after professional who continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in web development.
As a Software Developer at NCS, Dat’s passion for thoughtfully designed code is evident in his work on the NCS Platform. He studied Computer Science at California State University, Sacramento, and his dedication to his craft was recognized during his internship at NCS, leading to a full-time position. In his leisure time, Dat challenges himself physically by indulging in rock climbing and bouldering.
As a Data Engineer, Shipra possesses a profound interest in deciphering intricate data puzzles and crafting impactful narratives from the complexity. Her proficiency in ETL development, regression analysis, and data mining enables her to ensure precision and efficiency at every step of the project. Apart from her professional life, Shipra finds solace in an active lifestyle. She savors the thrill of running, the strength gained at the gym, the wonder of hiking, and the rush of skiing
John is a Data Analyst at NCS. He attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. John explored various fields of Computer Science, such as software engineering and front-end development, before developing a passion for Data Analysis. He supports the NCS Analytics team with his expertise in MySQL, Python, and R. Beyond work, John likes to spend his time playing and watching sports, pushing himself in the gym, exploring nature, experimenting with technology, and discovering new places to eat.
Olivia completed a B.S. in Environmental Engineering in 2020 and an M.S. in Hydrologic Science & Engineering in May 2021, both from Colorado School of Mines. She has work experience as a Hydrologic Technician for the U.S. Geological Survey and as an Assistant Water Resource Engineer for a consulting firm. In 2024, she decided to pursue a Master’s of Environmental Data Science (MEDS) degree at UC Santa Barbara. Throughout these experiences, she has become passionate about analyzing and solving climate and water-related problems with data. Outside of work, she enjoys climbing, yoga, reading, and exploring with her dog Homer.
Sharon brings over 20 years of experience in the software and consulting industries to NCS. Sharon started her career as a business analyst and found she had a knack for translating business needs into technical reality. She moved from analyst to project manager to Product Manager where she has used that talent for translation to help multiple companies bring their ideas to market. Sharon now uses her product and operational experience to advise and guide NCS in the continued enhancement of the analytics platform.
