Completed and launched a full-stack property management platform using React (TypeScript) and Django REST Framework, taking ownership of a partially built system and delivering a stable, maintainable MVP.

• Refactored legacy Django services, improved API performance, and reduced technical debt across backend systems, cutting redundant code by ~40% and API complexity by ~60%

• Built internal CMS tooling, real-time messaging, property booking, and rental application features to extend platform capabilities for staff and customers.

• Introduced Scrum planning and task delegation, and mentored two junior interns through code reviews and pair programming.

Built backend services for CLIMS (laboratory system), improving reliability and enabling better cross-team data sharing. Rebuilt legacy UIs into what was effectively a single-page app using jQuery, improving usability without modern frameworks. Designed an Excel-style keyboard navigation system to triple data entry speed for researchers. Also handled automation scripts, internal docs, and occasional server maintenance.

A self-hosted media streaming platform with a custom video/music player, metadata scraping (via FFmpeg, LRCLib), queue-driven file processing, and a live admin dashboard for task monitoring and library management.

A combined Webcam, Radio and Arrival/Departures board for YUL (Montréal International Airport) based on their old UI. The radio and airline images no longer work as their sources are now private. The webcam occasionally comes online.
