NATURE’S INN KENORA POLICIES
OUR ROOMS ARE ALL NON-SMOKING ROOMS:
- There will be a minimum $250.00 CAD charge for smoking (this includes cigars, vaping, marijuana etc.) in any room. This will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
PET POLICY:
- Small dogs (maximum of two) but please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. There is a standard $25.00+tax pet charge. There will be a minimum $250.00 CAD charge for having a pet in a room if arrangements weren’t made at time of reservation/check in as our hotel has specific rooms designated for pets. All pets must be on a leash when outside and the pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
NOISE POLICY:
- No unregistered overnight guests. No excessive noise after 9pm as per city by-laws. Noise complaints could result in extra charges, please be respectful of other guests.
GUARANTEE POLICY:
- A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 18 years of age and must provide a valid credit card in their name as well as government issued photo identification at time of check-in.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY:
- Guest completing the check-in must be at least 18 years of age.
- Check-in time is 3pm
- Check-out time is 11am
- If you are checking out before 8am we have an after-hours key drop to the right of the office door under the window.
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on a credit card along with the charge for the room. In the unlikely event that Nature’s Inn property is damaged or stolen, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to any costs incurred to rectify the matter. This may include loss of revenue if the room has to be taken out of service for any amount of time. Should the costs exceed the deposit, the full cost will be applied to the pre-authorized credit card. Visa Debit cards are not accepted.
