Daemon Series (Books in Order)
The Daemon series follows detective Peter Sebeck helped by a network of operatives as he tries to stop the posthumous plan of game designer Matthew Sobol, who created a self-executing computer program to act in the real world after his death to begin reshaping the world after Sobol’s design. These are near-future cyber-thrillers built around software, surveillance, distributed power, and social breakdown, and they work best as one continuous story read in order from Daemon to Freedom™.
