Mysore Taxi Seva shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the Customer arising out of the use of taxi services offered by Mysore Taxi Seva, or due to the failure of Mysore Taxi Seva to provide services to the Customer for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
Without prejudice to the above, Mysore Taxi Seva shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure by Mysore Taxi Seva to provide a taxi to the Customer within any stipulated time, even if Mysore Taxi Seva has agreed to provide the taxi or even if the Customer has advised Mysore Taxi Seva of the possibility that any such loss or damage would result if the taxi is not provided at all or within the stipulated time.
The Customer shall indemnify Mysore Taxi Seva from and against, and in respect of, any or all liabilities, losses, charges, and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnity basis), claims, demands, actions, and proceedings which Mysore Taxi Seva may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or by any reason of, or in relation to, the use or proposed use of the services by the Customer, and shall pay such sums on demand.
All bookings made through Mysore Taxi Seva are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or force majeure events.
Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and applicable toll/parking charges. Mysore Taxi Seva reserves the right to revise fares without prior notice. All payments must be made as agreed at the time of booking.
Customers are expected to maintain decent and respectful behaviour towards the driver and fellow passengers. Mysore Taxi Seva reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund in cases of:
Mysore Taxi Seva will provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle with a licensed and verified driver. However, we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle type or driver in case of operational requirements without prior notice, provided the service level is maintained.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka.
Mysore Taxi Seva reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
