This pilot app features all of the functionality currently found in the My Santa Cruz County app with additional features powered by blockchain technology. The Santa Cruz County DocVault allows residents to store vital documents, including purchasing and storing select permits, securely on their device. Initial features of the DocVault will be limited. Additional use-cases for the DocVault will be deployed in future updates. Santa Cruz County residents can report potholes, trash and other quality-of-life problems to local officials and track the progress. The app also enable the public to register to vote, view or pay property tax bills, view parcel information, check out restaurant inspection report, search county jobs and explore the County’s parks system, and more.
