  • MyPayIndia is made purely for satire.
  • MyPayIndia does not mock or discriminate against the Indian People or the Country of India.
  • MyPayIndia does not use the real Indian Rupee and it does not account for the value of the real Indian Rupee. The MyPayIndia Indian Rupee is not a valid currency in India and it cannot be exchanged for foreign currency.
  • The User has the right to contact MyPayIndia and request the deletion of their data from the platform.

CONDITIONS:

  • The User will not use this service as a real financial account for the purpose of exchanging goods and services or for processing payments for a business or service of any kind that is owned or provided by The User.
  • The User shall not use MyPayIndia Pay, a service that allows third-party websites to process payments through MyPayIndia, for any website that is operated by a business that provides real goods or services. This service is meant solely for satirical websites or fictional businesses that do not provide real goods or services.
  • The User must refrain from using any of their personally identifiable information while registering their account on this platform.
  • The User accepts that it is their responsibility if they enter their Personally Identifiable Information on this website and it gets leaked because of a security incident.
  • The User accepts that it is their responsibility if they listen to any financial advice from MyFinancialAdvisorIndia.
