1. Find which Navy region you live in https://www.cnic.navy.mil/Map/
2. Click "New account." 
3.  Fill out the form. Be sure to check your time zone. There are info buttons on the form if you need help.
4. You should receive an email within a few minutes. If you don't, please write to learning@zeiders.com from the email you used to create your account and we will confirm it within a few minutes during working hours (6am-10pm US Eastern time) or first thing the next business day.
