This will tell you about the activity at the entrance for your account (household) so that you can see when someone was granted or denied entry. Visitor list and visitor history are now searchable. Many features are available on the new, streamlined Account menu, including the ability to update your profile and contact information. Remember that the contact information is important for allowing Envera’s guards to contact you in the event an unregistered visitor arrives to see you. You can also add your household members and vehicle information for everyone living at the residence. This doesn’t include tenants though. They have their own MyEnvera account. With the enhanced login and security section, you have the ability to update your username, password, and biometrics for simple and secure login on your device. Send notifications (push notification) to your device about your account and visitor activity, or you also can enable text and email notifications.
