Choose:
- Access the availability of our personal trainers and nutritionists in real time.
- Check the schedule for directed activities that interest you and reserve your place *
Book:
- In the case of personal trainers and nutritionists, ask for an appointment with whom you are most interested and choose between their available time slots in the menu of the MyDiR app. You’ll receive a booking confirmation straight to your app!
- In the case of the group classes, reserve your place instantly and forget about having to queue at reception.
Class booking is made available 24 hours before the activity takes place and a reservation can be made any time up to 5 minutes before the class begins!
