Take Back Control of Your Files
Privacy-first native Mac drive for your own storage.
myCloudDrive turns any FTP/WebDAV account into a native Mac drive.

Connect to your own server or trusted provider and stay independent of big cloud ecosystems.
Supports secure FTP via SFTP (over SSH), FTPS (SSL/TLS) and WebDAV.
What is myCloudDrive?
myCloudDrive turns any FTP server — your VPS, shared hosting, or NAS — into a fully integrated virtual macOS drive.
- No cloud provider.
- No storage middleman.
- Your files stay on your server
Privacy by architecture
Cloud providers store your data on their infrastructure. You trust them with your data and files.
• No external storage provider
• No third-party infrastructure
• No tracking, No analytics
How It Works
- Install myCloudDrive.
- Enter your FTP credentials.
- Your server appears as a mounted drive.
Behind the scenes, myCloudDrive securely connects via FTP and syncs your files with your server.

Secure Folder - Optional
The only native Mac drive that lets you add zero-knowledge encryption to any FTP or WebDAV storage.
This feature lets you create a dedicated Secure Folder for sensitive files. Anything placed inside this folder is encrypted with AES-256-GCM (enterprise-grade) before it is sent to the server. The storage provider cannot read the contents (zero-knowledge). On your Mac, files look and behave normally.
- A private vault inside your own storage.
- Fully local encryption. Zero knowledge. Complete control.
- No new cloud. No complex setup.
Privacy by Design
myCloudDrive only communicates with the servers you configure and, if you use it, our license server and Apple iCloud as described below.
When you you manage your license, the app sends an HTTPS request to our license server with your license key and a hashed device identifier.
No personal data is being sent. No analytics or usage data are collected.
Optionally, your configuration can be synced via Apple iCloud.
