My RingTone Maker is a program that will allow you to create ringtones for your mobile phone.
This tiny free utility can load any .WAV or .MP3 file stored in your system. It will then display the complete wave in its interface. Then, you can play the sound file, and choose the segment you want to use for your polyphonic ringtone. You can do this by moving the start and end arrows over the wave. The program includes controls to stop, play and pause the entire sound file.

In order to be sure that you have selected the right part of the wave, you can play just the selected part, and make the necessary adjustments. As you can see the graphic of the entire wave, it will be easier to you to locate where are the silences and peaks.

Once you are satisfied with the selected fragment, you can tell the program to save the resulting file into a .WAV or .MP3 file, according to the specification for your mobile phone.
