Things to remember:
• You must be on a device with your O2 UK SIM card to use the app
• The first time you use the app, connect to O2’s mobile network (not WiFi) to register

• If you’ve just joined O2 or upgraded, your account details may take a short time to update
• My O2 is not available for O2 Business customers
