What does this mean?

Use our digital platforms, My BLF app and eBanking Point Com ®, to transfer money from USD to LBP at the exchange rate set by BDL under Circular 151
Settle all your purchases in LBP using your card
How?
Go to the "Payments" menu under "Between Own Accounts Circ. 151" option
Swipe from any USD account
Another upside?
You can transfer at once your total monthly limit set by the Bank under Circular 151
