A Note on Availability

I am currently seeing clients in Montreal until December 27, 2025. I will be in India for research and practice from January to May 2026. During this time, my practice will be paused, but I will be sharing field notes and essays via my newsletter.

Living for 25 years with chronic illness, I write about autoimmune remission, philosophy, traditional medicine, and joyful embodiment.

I’m based on the unceded land known as Tiohtià:ke to the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and Mooniyang to the Anishinaabeg, now commonly referred to as Montréal, along Quebec’s Saint-Laurent River. I travel regularly.
