The Royal Sundowners are a Vancouver-based band blending indie, funk, and roots-inspired pop into songs that are energetic, soulful, and deeply engaging. Formed in 2021, the group is rooted in connection, storytelling, and performances that feel both intimate and electrifying.

Known for their passion for community and collaboration, The Royal Sundowners regularly curate self-run events that spotlight a diverse range of local artists and players. In 2025, they began releasing original music and surpassed 100,000 streams on Spotify within a year, marking a major milestone in their growing career.

They have built a strong reputation in the local music scene, playing to audiences of up to 200 at beloved venues including Guilt & Co., Anza Club, The Painted Ship, and The Heatley. Most recently, they self-hosted and promoted a full-room show at Fox Cabaret and are now booking outdoor street festivals for summer 2026.
