Whether you’re planning a group meeting, seeking overnight parking, or envisioning a wedding in our historic church, the Simcoe County Museum is here to assist you. Let us be a part of your journey, whether it’s for business, leisure, or celebrating life’s most cherished moments.
In preparation for the planned Matthews Innovation and Transportation Gallery expansion, the Simcoe County Museum’s meeting rooms are being prepared for use as temporary collections and storage space.
Unfortunately, this change means that the Museum will be unable to accommodate meeting room booking requests from now until the beginning of 2027. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you back when our new gallery and collections space is complete.
Host your group or company for a meeting of up to 100 people in both or one of our large meeting rooms at the Museum. We offer a state of the art audio visual system and wireless access to the internet. Please refer to our Meeting Room Rental Policy below for more information. Overnight parking will not be available until winter 2026.
Parking for the trails is available at the carpooling lot at the corner of Highway 26 and Highway 27.
The Simcoe County Museum’s 1872 Vespra Christ Church is available for wedding rentals. Church rentals are available between May and October. For more information about renting the Church, please visit the links below and contact the Museum at museum@simcoe.ca or phone 705-728-3721.
