MuseScore 4 is not yet released, so the question is not valid. If the user meant MuseScore 3 instead, they should be able to access their scores in the same way as they did in MuseScore 2, although there may be some compatibility issues. They should try opening the scores with MuseScore 3 and see if they work properly.
I have been trying and am unable to download Musescore2. It has way more useful options then version three. All my music files are saved with Musescore 2.0.3 and I need to download version two to continue my work. Please make earlier versions of Musescore available to download.
I've tried for nearly a year to accommodate myself to 3 and failed, full of frustration. I cannot even successfully render a midi or mp3 sound file of a composition that anyone can open. Version 2 had everything I needed and never disappointed. No, I am not a pro musician, but my choral music is fairly widely appreciated, and the 3 choral directors who have used any of them are pleased.

Yes, some versions of MuseScore 2 are still supported for download and use.
Yes, it is possible to disable the voice numbers in MuseScore for Windows. To do so, navigate to the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences," then go to the "General" tab. Under "Score," uncheck the option for "Show Voice Separator." This should disable the voice numbers causing the problem.
