Museo de las Americas marks 35 years as the premier Latin American art museum in the Rocky Mountain region. This milestone celebrates over three decades of artistic excellence, transformative community impact, and dedication to cultural preservation while looking ahead to an exciting new era of innovation and service.
Invite-only gala dinner to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. An intimate evening honoring the supporters who have sustained Museo de las Americas throughout 35 years of service.
A multigenerational celebration showcasing Colorado-based artists making national and international impact reflecting Museo’s own roots and reach.
A family-centered celebration honoring Museo’s educational legacy and the thousands of families whose lives have been enriched through our programs.
CULTURAL FIRST FRIDAYS
Each first Friday of the month, Museo opens its doors to the public from 5pm to 9pm. Admission is FREE. Attend to see the exhibition, shop amongst the local artist vendors, enjoy the cultural programming and grab a bite to eat and drink.
NOCHE DE MUSEO
Noche de Museo is Museo de las Americas’ longstanding, cherished fundraising event. Dedicated to highlighting Museo’s work and impact in the community and sharing the organization’s vision for its future, the cultural event also celebrates the individuals and organizations that support our mission. It is an exciting evening of art, music, food and community.
LEGACY AWARD
This exclusive award is presented to individuals who demonstrate a deep support of the institution.
Museo’s Legacy Award honors an innovative artist, a generous philanthropist, or a creative leader whose support furthers Museo’s mission to educate and engage our community by collecting, preserving, interpreting and exhibiting the diverse arts and cultures of the Americas, from ancient to contemporary.

CORAZON DE LA EDUCACION AWARD
This award honors an encouraging teacher, a strong community leader, a connected partner, or a generous donor who furthers our
education department’s mission to foster cultural awareness in the next generation, and develop an appreciation for the diverse peoples of the Americas. The recipients of this award are truly at the heart of our education programming successes.

COLORADO GIVES DAY
Colorado Gives Day has grown to be Colorado’s largest 24-hour giving event. Each December, Coloradans come together with the common goal to strengthen the community by helping to power nonprofits like Museo. We invite you to donate to support our efforts to elevate Latin American art and culture.
Museo de las Americas’ goal is to raise $15,000 for our 2026 educational programming and exhibitions. We are now accepting donations through our Colorado Gives Day page.
